Operations Manager

Hello my name is Chuck Boone and I am the Operations Manager here at United Western Enterprises. My role is to support, advise, and influence various functions inside the plant. Specifically, I ensure the contract review is completed for each order we receive in accordance with AS9100 standards. I augment the estimating and quote preparation.

I supplement the creation of film tooling using CAD and other applications. I am a member of our internal audit team and I provide master planning support by generating daily shipping lists. My background is more varied then most of my colleagues. As such, I try to offer different perspective in problem solving in United Western Enterprises continuous improvement efforts. I’m privileged to work with highly experienced professionals who work diligently to make sure we meet our customer’s challenges with unique and timely solutions.
